So, we're in a funk of multiple proportions. Sean's choice of black for his afghan is definitely adding to the funk as every time I make a mistake, it takes forever for me to see it. Also, I have to find really good light to knit in but there is none around here!
As if foreshadowing upcoming events, tonight Sean hit the wall at the soccer game pretty hard. Hard enough to look like he was out cold for a second and perhaps he was. (Thank you to the little jerk who helped make this happen) Anyway, we've put our foot down and he is no longer allowed to play without wearing a mouth guard. With the number of injuries and the drive he continues to play with we are not taking any chances.
Can't wait to finish the black square and get on to the gold one next!
