IN NEED!!!

Ladies I am in need of a check here. I have been slacking and it is no good. I have hiked and walked this week but no heavy activities. I need the heavy stuff or my results and hard work are going to disappear!! I have already been gaining. EEERRRGGG!!!

So sock it to me good.

  1. okay Miss Molly I am super glad you came to us because I am in the same situation with my eating. I burned 400 calories yesterday but then ruined it by eating del taco...I felt positively horrible after....SO no more!

    Hiking and walking is great but what about running? You can start off slow but you have to push yourself. That's the whole point of weight loss.You need to push your body or else you wont see results. When you go for a walk or a hike. Jog and walk. So jog for awhile and then walk for a couple minutes. When I run on the treadmill I run 5 minutes and speed walk 2 minutes. I repeat this until I reach about 30 minutes. This is tough but you can modify it! SO jog for 4 and then walk for 2. It really helps me a lot! It give me a workout that I can feel the burn.

    Also remember it's okay that you are gaining! You are gaining muscle and that will help burn fat faster. Also don't look at the scale! I know it's tough but trust me it's only going to psyche you out. I haven't looked at the scale this past month and it does help me. Every time I put on clothes I can see/feel the difference in the way they fit. It's the best feeling.

    Remember weight loss takes a lot of time. We are only on our second month so don't get ahead of yourself. Take it slow.

    Also think about the positives you have gained from living a healthier lifestyle!! Think of the pros!!! Like my del taco incident I wasn't to bent out of shape because I knew that I would work ten time harder today and I did. I know that because I am working out my metabolism is speeding up and it wont affect me as bad as it will if I wasn't exercising. That is amazing to me. It doesn't mean I can start slacking though!. We have come to far to start slacking now!!!!!! How crappy would if we just gave up. We will be so unhappy. So think of the positives! Think like peter pan if you think happy thoughts with the combination of fairy dust (exercising and dieting) you will fly. That's what we want ladies we want to fly! I know that was super cheesy but just go with it haha. You can do it Miss Molly!

  4. jogging went well last night!! I surprised myself. I can run alot farther than I could when I first started this journey. Tonight is Jazzercise class!! I am excited again...Thanks Sammy
